The list of new key information technology products issued with Circular 19/2021/TT-BTTTT dated December 3, 2021 includes the following 16 products/product lines:
(1) 5G telecommunications network equipment and software and later generations;
(2) IoT platform equipment and software;
(This product is included in the List of key information technology products attached to Circular 01/2017/TT-BTTTT)
(3) 4G smart mobile phones and later generations of networks;
(4) Computers for education;
(5) Smart cameras, AI cameras and software for analyzing, processing and managing data collected from cameras;
(6) Microchip (IC) products for telecommunications, IT, IoT;
(7) Optical fibers, optical cables and transmission and connection devices in optical information;
(8) Electronic identification and authentication platform equipment and software;
(9) Equipment and software of cloud computing systems;
(10) Platform software for developing products applying artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analysis;
(11) Software products applying blockchain technology;
(12) Digital platform software serving the implementation of 08 industries and fields that need priority for digital transformation identified in the National Digital Transformation Program with large user scale, creating positive impacts to accelerate the digital transformation process;
(13) Platform software for data integration and sharing;
(14) Public service portal software and electronic one-stop shop;
(15) Software for operational management and document management;
(16) Network information security products: security products for terminal devices; network layer security products; application layer security products; data protection products. (Remain the same as current)
In which, the products that are no longer in the List of key information technology products from February 2, 2022 include:
– Signal receiving/transmitting/converting devices used in second-generation digital television and later generations;
– Ipv6 devices (except IoT devices);
– RFID cards, RFID card readers;
– Open platform software for big data analysis;
– Open platform software for e-Government.
Circular 19/2021/TT-BTTTT takes effect from February 2, 2022
